Kynan is very easy to work with, and he is efficient and responsive. I worked with him for one transaction. Although there were some ups and downs, together, we pulled the trigger and get the job done. Both Seller and buyer are happy. I am looking forward to work with Kynan again in the future.

We are incredibly grateful for Kynan’s exceptional service. With his expertise, we acquired a 15-unit building, off-market, well below market value, and surpassing our expectations. Kynan’s deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and unwavering commitment to our success made him an invaluable partner in achieving our investment goals.

Kynan found the perfect buyer for my apartment building, off-market, relieving me of the burden of managing a property with extensive deferred maintenance. Thanks to his expertise, I was able to move on with the proceeds of the sale and start a new chapter in my life.
